Going the extra mile
Our back door would not open because of a broken lock. Colin came at short notice and opened the door immediately without causing any damage. Unfortunately, the lock was an obsolete pattern that he needed to order specially. He returned the following day and spent two hours making the lock fit and function perfectly again, all for the price of the initial call-out plus the cost of parts. Before leaving, he adjusted the fit of the door and cleaned it inside and out. From talking to him, I am sure that he would never leave a customer stuck, however difficult the job. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again, and would recommend him to friends and family.
