Shambles of a business. More like a butchers than a hairdresser.

hair salon or dog pound?
Unpleasant experience. Horrible yapping dogs seem to live in salon and are treated like spoilt children - my fault they were barking as I had made eye contact with them!!!The owner expected other members of staff to deal with them then chastised staff for daring to tell her babies, sorry, dogs, off. My hair cut was below average, not surprising as the stylist (owner) seemed to be concentrating on thinking up barbed bitchy comments to make to other stylist, and really just spent minutes on cutting my hair and ages drying it to hide the poor cut. Awful atmosphere, poor haircut, was glad to get out.

pay cheap pay twice
Worst experience ever. The two dogs kept in the shop were barking the whole time. The colour was awful, looked like the roots were done on one side but not the other, not to mention I specifically said I didn't want any funky orange colours, came out with it everywhere. I had to pay £85 to get the colour corrected.. I didn't even get offered a cup of tea.
