Helpful Staff
A very nice company with great staff. We decided on a new telly so had a look around the shop. The salesman was good, and not too pushy. We chose a nice flatscreen. The telly came the next day and the delivery guys were nice and helpful. Would recommend.

Unbelievable Service
I recently purchased a Samsung television from Crampton and Moore and its not very often I can say that the service from a company is top quality but the customer care from this company was top class. The TV I bought developed a line down the screen after one months use so I called Samsung to complain only to be told they would repair it. Not the best service from a big company. I then called Crampton and Moore and thanks to a lovely lady called Paula they exchanged my TV the next day without any problem. Refreshing to find a company who provides a customer service at the highest standard and I will certainly consider using them for any future purchases.
