Brilliant
My friend recommended this salon & I read the reviews on here. Ellie has this morning put right a cut by a far inferior hairdresser, you really do get what you pay for in hiardressing. She talked me through what she thought would work and recommended where we go from here. I will be returning & the massage chair is extremely relaxing!!

Professional & Friendly :)
I went here after reading the reviews.. I had my hair cut in the style that I described. After getting home I didn't like it & I wanted it shorter at the back. I called them & they got me back in within the hour. She was very happy I came back & didn't go elsewhere, had the changes made & now I love my hair its perfect ^_^

Great Experience
I had my hair cut here on 28/11/2007 have kept coming back because I am always exceptionally pleased with the experience. From the massage chair that accompanies the wash, to the care and attention to detail during the cut, the staff are wonderful. I ask for a 2 inch trim, layers and feathering and get exactly that, which is rare in my experience in the hair dressing world. The atmosphere at Cream is really welcoming as well. Ask for Dawn!‎

have just got home from my first visit to Cream, which I decided to visit based on the reviews on this site. I agree - the atmosphere was very friendly and my hairdresser Louise listed to what I wanted, had some good suggestions and I have left with a fab haircut and another appointment for 8 weeks time. p.s - the massage chair was fantastic too!! :-)

amazing!!!
the girls are friendly, and willing to listen and help create the style you would desire,they have a great list off favourite drinks, they have an amazing massaging chair i loved that treat, i also had a lovely hand massage i felt very spoilt and relaxed, the girls made me feel very welcome with my couple of hours in the salon, im very happy with my hair and visit,ill be back in 6 weeks girls, thank you and keep up the beautiful smiles you all have!!

Just what I was looking for
I had created a bit of a hair disaster, and happened to find Cream just round the corner from me. The staff were friendly and kind and managed to sort out what I initially thought was a problem into something amazing and fresh. With fresh new training all the time the ladies really know what they're doing and are really welcoming and warm. As a new customer I'm definitely using them again, and have another appointment booked for a months time! PS. they also have a lovely massage chair for when you're getting your hair washed. Well worth the visit.

Why I love this place
After years and years of searching for a hairdressers where I feel comfortable and relaxed I found Cream in Bedford Place. Actually, I found the owner, Claire, long before that and when she told me she was opening her own place I just knew it would be perfect. You are greeted with a smile, a drink (wine if you prefer!) and everything is done to make your visit as relaxing as possible. She knows what works - her salon staff are friendly and helpful but not intrusive and the service is impeccable. No pretensions here, just quality hairdressing and service as it should be. Congratulations and thanks to Claire and all the staff who make my visits so worthwhile!
