Shamanic Energy Field Healing

Spirit-led healing using energy field healing (hands off technique) and shamanic processes to combine in a wonderfully profound form of treatment. When connecting to the soul and consciousness of another we enter a very sacred and intimate space within which it is a privilege and an honour to share and heal. The human energy field surrounds each one of us in many layers that correspond to our physical body, emotions, mind, soul and connection to Source. As we go about our daily lives we can gather lots of debris in our field from all the events, feelings and beliefs we hold onto. Through traumas, environmental pollutions and stresses the movement of energy around and through the energy centres (chakras) can become blocked, distorted, torn or otherwise damaged. We can experience all kinds of symptoms that may not appear to have a medical cause: mysterious aches and pains, feelings of restlessness, not belonging or feeling empty, lack of energy and enthusiasm, constantly living in the past, having groundless fears, obsessions and emotional outbursts, recurring negative life situations and so on. This spirit-led healing approach reaches right into the core of the person to transform and heal. It goes directly to the root of the problem without the person necessarily having to re-experience any original trauma.

Healing Methods and Tools I use

I use a mixture of shamanic and energy field healing techniques:

- soul retrieval -
bringing back parts of the self that have split off and need returning.
- extraction - of non-serving energy forms, cords, blocks and entities.
- spirit ally or power animal retrieval -
- cleaning and repairing the aura and chakras and strengthening the flow of energy through the energy field
- releasing karmic and emotional patterning
- allowing spirits who have passed over to be released and to bring about resolution of any related issues
- I bring my skills as a life coach and psychic to bring insight, clarity, hope and guidance to the session.
The tools I use depend on the situation and I am guided by spirit as to what to do. I may use a drum or rattle for shamanic journeying, a fan, burning sage, a crystal or just use my hands to manipulate and clear the energy.

What Happens During a Healing Session

After a short discussion on what is troubling you, I will do a shamanic journey to get spirit guidance and possibly bring back lost soul parts which will then be blown back into your energy body through the heart chakra.
I will ask you to stand while I open your energy field. After a few minutes I will ask you to lie on your back on the couch where you will spend the remainder of the session depending on what the spirits direct me to do.
There is little or no physical touch of the body as I am working with the energy fields that surround the body. While I am working on rebalancing and clearing your energy field layers you may feel sensations such as coolness or heat or tingling in your physical body or you may feel nothing at all (but this doesn't mean it's not working).
Often the real effects are felt after the session when the healing starts to process all the things it needs to to bring you back into balance. Most people find the healing sessions quite relaxing.

Will I always get what I ask for?
No, not necessarily. Sometimes people ask for soul retrieval when that is not really what they need most. My work is guided by the spirits and I follow their instruction as to what is needed for healing and how to carry out the healing – this may not be what the client has specifically asked for or what they think they need. This is different for each client. What I can promise is that once I gain permission to work with a client I give a friendly, confidential service and I sincerely do my very best to help the client with whatever they need for their highest good in the way directed by the spirits.
Sessions usually last for 1-1 and half hours and cost £45.00 per session. More serious conditions/scenarios may require longer sessions.
Side Effects -
You may feel tired and need to sleep soon after the session which is highly recommended as well as plenty of rest for the next 7 days.
It's not recommended that you do anything strenuous or mentally taxing immediately after a session. You may feel emotions and memories resurfacing and possibily have vivid dreams, so go gently with yourself and don't expect too much from yourself especially over the next 7 days and for a further 21 days after treatment.

Contraindications are: Pregnant ladies, those with epilepsy, those with pacemakers. Ladies if you are pregnant or suspect you may be then Energy Field Healing is not for you at this time but you are welcome to have treatment once you have given birth. Shamanic healing without the Energy Field Healing component is fine for those contraindicated above.

A note about conventional treatments: I will never suggest that you lower dosages of or stop taking prescribed medications. The healing service I offer is designed to work with conventional medicine and to support you in making the best choices for your health and happiness.
