Left feeling uneasy
I took my car in for an MOT and only noticed after paying the bill that they'd also charged me for a 'petrol treatment'. When I queried this, they said that it was something they always did before every MOT, although they omitted to mention this at any point or quote it in the price. I would like to give them the benefit of the doubt as they seemed like nice people but at the end of the day I still got charged for something I didn't ask for nor arguably needed.
