FRAUDSTERS.
Arranged boiler service middle of august 2015, after 7 failed appointments with not the courtesy of a phone call it is now January 21 2016 my latest appointment and hey ho no one as arrived. They also cannot be contacted on the phone. Wowcher are still allowing this company to advertise their service!!!!. Star rating is to get this review posted.

Do Not Go Near This Company
Arranged a boiler service and after the 6th appointment , to which no one ever arrived , I gave up trying. Total bunch of rude , unreliable cowboys. Avoid at all costs.

contacted these people via thompson local thought that it would be a trusted company how wrong was i ,made first apointment they turned up took money for parts and work that they had not finished,contacted them numerous times and they never turn up absolute rubbish firm be aware have contacted police and trading standards

Worst company ever
These guys are cowboys, with absolutely no interest in providing good customer service. Brought a Wowcher for a boiler check, managed to get through to a mobile number & book a boiler check on a certain date in the morning slot. There was no further confirmation of the appointment, they didn't turn up at all. Contacted the mobile number numerous times, no one picked it up, left a message no one got back to me. Rang their free phone office number, guys there said they would get back to me, follow it up & said "I'm on the book for the job" but again no further progress. Never again with this company, stay away - waste of time & money. Wowcher weren't any better, as they won't give you a full refund after a certain time. The way I see it, better to at least get some of your money back than trying to get any response from this crappy company. Had to add one star to get the review through, otherwise would give it minus stars.
