Lawrence Knowles and prestige country parks
Be advised that Lawrence despite his history is along with his wife Jocelyn and son Matthew now running Malton grange country park, Brickyard Malton, allerthorpe golf and country park,moor valley country park, wild rose country park. Research needed if considering a holiday investment lodgeit's all a big lie. They'll promise the earth, under deliver forcing you to hopefully sell back at half your purchase price then re sell it for a huge mark up...you've been warned

The company looks all legit when you go there they take your order and give you timeframe you go away excited to get your static home then they block your number don’t answer your calls Lawrence nowles quick enough to take your money but you won’t be getting anything back do not deal with this company they go under lots of different names do your research there is not one good review over the internet

Mobile home purchase
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with.starting legal action to try to get back £15000,it has been very stressful.

Hi I'd just like to share my experience of the weekend we visited Cristal mobile homes couldn't find a fault with them the salesmen were friendly and welcoming and that we had put a lot of work and thought into getting our order complete really excited now thanks for all the help.

I would strongly advise against using this company who also trade as Humber caravans and Holiday homes direct from their site at Sandholme Business Park Brough East Yorkshire HU15 2SB If you should deal with them use extreme caution and only pay deposit with a credit card so you are covered by section 75 of the consumer credit act from Hull Daily Mail 14th August 2016 FINED: Lawrence Knowles was found with two shotguns by the bed in his caravan in Gilberdyke A MAN has been fined £1,500 after police found two loaded shotguns beside his bed in his caravan. Lawrence Knowles, 25, was originally charged with "much more serious offences", but admitted breaching the terms of his firearms certificate.

Tried to get build spec info from staff by telephone as I live 120 miles away and want to know this before I do a 240 mile round trip - wouldn't say, and facebook, no reply, seemingly unwilling to disclose this, which is essential if a customer wants a specific type of mobile home, still waiting for a call back, from someone to give me this info. Not apositive experience so far
