So good, we're all hooked!

My son, Ollie started at the club at the beginning of the year, and myself, my wife and my two other kids went to watch a few sessions - now we're all hooked: Matt- 8yrs, Josh - 13yrs, Ollie - 15yrs + Val and me. We all go to every training session we can, and really enjoy the style of teaching and friendly atmosphere. We have all gained more confidence in ourselves since joining. I would recommend the club to anyone who wants to get a little more fit and have fun.

I have been training at crofton for 5 years now, its a friendly club that teaches traditional karate. Sensi Alan is an excellent teacher who makes all classes enjoyable to be in. It has also given me confidence in myself as well as confidence to compete at larger events.

I joined crofton school of karate in 2006, I don't know why I did not join sooner. The training is Traditional karate, as tort by the (JKA) JAPAN KARATE ASSOCIATION. I have trained at different clubs in my time since(1978). I find the lessons by sensei Alan Lewis (5th DAN) are of a very high standard & would recommend this club to anyone that wish to take up KARATE. KURO OBI Ian

I have been training with SEKU as an organisation for over 20 years. I have also in my time trained with Ishin Ryu in London and SKI in the South. I can sincerely say that SEKU is one of the best organisations to train in and Sensei Alans club upholds the old traditional values as well as incorporating modern changes and standardisations. Crofton karate club is a very welcoming and friendly club.
