Terrible Customer Service
I will never use Cromer motors again. They were late in opening when I was told they open at 8am which meant I was late for work. I then phoned during the day and they said they were closing early at 4.30 instead of 5pm as a member of staff had a doctors appt. Having driven back from soton i phoned at 4.25 to say I will be there before 4.30 and I was told they were already shut and i couldnt get my car until monday morning. This has meant that I am without my car over the weekend and I was there before 4.30 and have a photo to prove it. I am so angry and will never use this company again. I should've learned my lesson as they were 20 mins late opening the year before as the owner had overslept! Terrible customer service - do not use them!

great service
My car broke down on the way down to bournemouth from essex and the AA towed me to cromer motors as the are very reputable and are used regularly by the AA. I am a mechanic, (obviously i had no tools) and they quickly sorted the problem out for me, charged me reasonably and i now know why the AA use them. I read a review on here about an exhaust smoking because of water in it from cromer motors fitting it... That would create steam!!!

Efficient and reasonably priced
Had my MOT and service carried out here. Turned car around promptly and met with a friendly smile. Would definitely recommend and use again.
