I have used CrosbyBlinds over the past 5 years, each time my order has arrived bank on time, in perfect condition. I have found blinds that are not even available on the high street. There product range is bank up to date, with some great new design ideas.

Occasionally customers are not happy as they did not research the product specifications properly. I ordered a Luxaflex Blind from Crosby Blinds after speaking with them many times on the phone, it's great to be able to make voice contact with this web site, they answered all my questions and gave me the converdence to make my first online order for blinds. All went well, in fact I recived my delivery 4 days before it was do. The Blind is of the best quality and to exactly the size I ordered. I can't wait to order the blinds for the rest of my house from them. Thank you Crosby Blinds your great !!

I made a small purchase to test the water with CrosbyBlinds, the service, advise and soon after the Blind was fantastic. The staff are expects in there field and know the answers to every question I asked. After such good service I was happy to make my 2nd order which was a very large one (15 Wood Blinds) I was given extra disount because of the volume and value of my order, (which i was not expecting but very happy to get) CrosbyBlinds kept me imformed of delivery dates, and my order arrived on time in perfect condition. I saved over £600 from high street prices and done this from the comfort of my own home. I have recommened CrosbyBlinds to my freinds how also have had great service. It does not get any easlier.

I ordered Sunway Wooden Blinds via their website. The blinds were for adjacent windows and differed in width by only 3.5cm. One blind had two decorative tapes, the other had three. This looks crazy and when I raised this with them, their attitude was that this is how they come so like it or lump it. Nice People!! There is no information on their website about the number of tapes per size of blind so I wasn't even aware that this could happen. Beware, they also trade online under another identity:blindshouse.
