Very friendly and professional
I would like to thank Shaun and all the team at cross street garage for all the help they have given me in purchasing my new car. This is my second car I have purchased from them and I would recommend them to everyone. The guys there are all very friendly and down to earth and I have received really great service. They dont pressure you into buying and they also let you test drive any car you like unaccompanied which puts you at ease, they ensure you are 100% happy before purchasing your vehicle and make sure the car is immaculate for when you pick it up. Repeat Buisness
I have purchased 2 cars in the past with cross St garage and have had a good experience with the helpful sales team at transfer bridge site and the after sales team are just as good should you have a problem just book in and they drop you home or give you a give you a car to use most helpful will get car no 3 there again in the future thanks again to Dan and the team cheers Keith

Down to earth
I was relieved that there was no hard selling or pressure on me to buy, I even test drove the car without being accompanied, and could've done this with as many as I wanted to. When i called with a slight problem a couple of days after collecting the car I was told to bring it in at my convenience for it to be looked at. A really friendly down to earth bunch of guys, but professional with it.

Very Good Customer Service at Cross Street Garage
I wanted to say how helpful and courteous the staff always are but particularly last Friday. After receiving my reminder (which I find really useful) I took my car in for its annual service and MOT. When collecting my car in the evening I had come via town. When I went to pay I realised I had left my credit card in the machine in a shop! I panicked but the two gentlemen phoned the shop for me, I was able to speak to the shop manager. A young man then drove me down to the shop and waited while I collected it. I was upset as I have had my card stolen before so I was very grateful to them all. As I say, I have always found them friendly and helpful. Garages can be rather intimidating and not always completely honest with women customers but I always feel at ease there (when I was dropping my car off a young woman in front was thanking them for being so helpful and friendly and that she would use the garage again)

Hi, I wanted to say thanks for a lovely experience last week. I don't live in Swindon, but the RAC recommended you for an urgent repair job whilst I was visiting family. It was a stressful time, but your team were calm and reassuring. I was impressed that when you booked me in you had a costing and initial advice prepared, you then delivered on your time estimates. Your communications were clear, professional and friendly. I must say that your prices were great especially for an on the day job! I appreciated the clear format of your invoice breakdown and that you took the time to explain what had been done in a simple manner before processing my payment. Excellent service
Very pleased with the service I received from cross street cars. The part exchange price was fair. The service given to ensure the most competitive finance rate was excellent. Generally the whole transaction was easy and hassle free. The bumper had not been repainted as agreed but the no quibble refund to cover the cost of a panel respray made up for this. I was also impressed with the attention to detail given to explaining the checks and maintenance undertaken prior to completion of sale. I would have no hesitation in recommending this garage to anyone who was apprehensive about travelling to view one of their cars. Excellent, hassle free, no pressure dealer. EXCELLENT AFTER CARE SERVICE
Dear Cross Street Garage, I just wanted to say a big thank you for your excellent after care customer service I have just received from you. My partner and I purchased a lovely Nissan Qashqai from you in March this year and we have been very pleased with it ever since. However, about 6 weeks ago, we did start to notice a slight grinding and squeaking from brakes area and even though it was nearly four months after we purchased the car from you, you kindly agreed to take the car in and have a look, The brakes were cleaned up by you and the car was returned grind and squeak free with a smile which is really impressive and appreciated. Thank you Cross Street Garage for excellent after-care customer service and we will never hesitate to recommend you, return to you for work on any of our cars and for our next car!

Just purchased my first car from Cross Street and was a little worried about dealing with the 'car salesman'. I need not worry about the guys here, Dan was very helpful, there was no pressure from him and he answered all my questions with " don't worry we'll sort it". When I collected my car Alex was very friendly and went through all the paperwork with me. The service guys even changed the bulb in the glove box!!! So refreshing to deal with a company that will sort even the smallest of things for you. I was so pleased to get into my immaculate ready to drive away car - service can not be beaten - thank you

Finance
After being told I had a bad credit rating by numerous dealers. I went to cross street. They seemed to do that little extra to find out what the issue was and came up with a solution with a sensible repayment cost. I am happy with the out come happy with my new car. I have had a fault with my car which was efficiently sorted out by their own garage. I would definitely recommend these guys.
