Excellent service
I took my 2007 BMW 5 series to the garage as it had a problem with the Boot closing. The lads at the garage were able to fault find it and found it out to be a loose wire, and repaired it for me and didnt rip me off ! i had previously took it lese where and they wanted to replace the locks and the cables at a cost of over £300. the lads at Cross street garage were able to fix it without replacing the locks or the cables and said they were fine, the boot is working fine, i'll definately take my car there now!!

Bad job BEWARE
Shocking garage. Agreed to put a new engine in my car for a set price. Had car delivered there by recovery people. Two weeks later car not touched, excuses and more excuses as to why. Matt Coleman - who now runs it, not Eddie, is a joke. Had to pay £45 to get car towed to another garage who could do the job and did so in a day and half. Avoid this garage like the plague. At an earlier point I was also quoted by them £100 for two drop links to be done - a 40 minute job max and parts about £20. This is not an honest garage and they are not capable of anything but the smallest job. Wouldn't trust them with a push bike. Am also high suspicious of the other comments here praising them. Sound a little bit like the same person i.e. Cross Street garage staff!

Go nowhere else
Been using Eddie for nearly 10 years and has never let me down. Always trys to help and looks after his regulars. Prices are cheaper than most these days and you don't get charged for stuff that doesn't need doing.

Honest and reliable
These guys are great - as the title suggests, they're very honest and reliable, and they aren't going to try and rip you off or quote you for stuff that doesn't need doing. A quality garage that you can trust is something of a rarity these days, so it's great to have a place like this so local. I can highly recommend tham to anyone...

Brilliant Service
I've been a customer of Eddie's for around 7 years and have had nothing but excellent service in that time. I find Eddie to be honest and reliable. They have picked up and dropped off the car to my home without any additional charge and in fact have done some minor work on the car with no charge also. One of those rare garages where you feel totally comfortable that they will provide the best solution at the lowest cost.

Excellence in Action
Lovely people; great service; go out of their way to provide the best possible level of service. One of the few advantages of working in an office opposite Cross Street Garage. If only all businesses were run like this.

You get an honest service from Eddie and the team, They are accommodating and do what they say they are going to do. No sudden hidden charges. Eddie also can service cars in warrenty so get down to him for peace of mind!

Good honest and reliable
Its always at the back of your mind these days when taking your vehicle for an M.O.T or service...cowboys are gonna try and rip me off! Not these boys. As the title suggests. Ask for Eddie
