Appalling workmanship. Threatening workman. Lies. Damage to mine and neighbours property. No remorse or apologies. Further contractors required to bring job to a satisfactory level. Spend your money elsewhere.

Don't bother.
Appalling business. Agreed to buy two double glazed doors. They were unreliable to put it politely. Four weeks to put in the glass and take our money ( which we turned up with several times) and when we finally did pin them down to a collection day we turned up and they had sold one of the doors! While the other was sat in the exact same place with no glass in. leaving us 5 days before the builders arrived and no doors. They 'kindly' said we could pay the same amount for two odd doors and collect them the next week! The weekend work was due to start. If I wanted two odd doors I could buy them from Gumtree for a fraction of the price. Which, in the end is exactly what I did.
