Terrible Customer Service - Avoid!

My advice to anyone wanting bodywork/repainting is to avoid Crossleys in South Shore, Blackpool. Take your car somewhere else. In my opinion and experience, customer service here is absolutely terrible and completely unprofessional, the young co-owner Martin has a very bad attitude and really could not care less about customer service. I had visited Crossleys and booked my car in two weeks in advance for a simple bumper scuff minor repair and respray work and had been given a quote and was promised that car would be ready at the end of the same day as it was just a small job. When I took my car early on the morning it was supposed to be booked in the owner Martin told me they were busy and that I would have to leave the car with them overnight and they may possibly try to do tomorrow but couldn't promise!! I am severely disabled and rely entirely on my car to get around. I was promised when I booked the car in that the car would be ready the same day. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I am glad that I didn't have the work done there as I'm sure the quality of their work is as bad as the customer service and If there were any problems with the quality of repair I got the distinct impression that you would have a hard battle with them getting anything put right! Avoid avoid avoid!!!
