The CPS says “Fraud is the act of gaining a dishonest advantage, often financial, over another person and is now the most commonly experienced crime in England and Wales”. Daren Stocks and Sam Secker ‘mistakenly’ took Reserve money, from 2019 onwards to the tune of over 10K, from us which was not part of the lease agreement. Coincidently, Daren Stocks then increased his management fee by 65percent (to look after this money?) and stopped showing interest earned in the annual accounts. He refuses to repay any of these monies (over 13K). How many other people have experienced this from Daren Stocks? Funnily enough I do not recommend him or his firm or the solicitor DarbyDarby who supports his actions. I am old fashioned and would say Daren Stocks is a
