Not using again.

I've been a regular customer with my boyfriend making the journey between Sainsbury's in withymoor village to Kingswinford. Not only have our regular uses of the service NEVER been personalised, but on two occasions, we have been quoted a price only for the driver to question it and hold us in the car until we paid more. One guy we'd paid the quoted amount before, then ended up paying him £4 more when he dropped us just down the road from the last time! Ridiculous. For comparison, I used to frequent Regency Taxis in Kidderminster when I was training, and I was always spoken to politely, my journey was fun because the drivers got to know me, and when I once couldn't pay full fare to where I needed to go usually, they dropped me where I needed to be, for less than usual fare. That is what a taxi service should be like. Not Crown taxis' weak excuse for service. Certainly never using them again, not that my patronage ever appeared valued to them.
