Currently having a terrible experience with cruise118! Despite admitting completely messing up our booking they have offered us a very small on board spend with a take it or leave it. Terrible service.

Cruse line experts they are not - you ask a question and every time they say they have to get back to you - more often they dont. The so called concierge is just another telephone operator who gets his/her info from the brochure give cruise 118 a wide steer..

We were looking at booking acruise with my father-in-law. He spoke to this company and they phoned us with some details of a cruise we may have been interested in. The reviews of the ship on the internet were dire so politely we said we woul think about it and get back to them. The agent immediately phoned back my father-in-law and said we were happy with the arangements and booked the cruise taking full payment from him. He cancelled straight away, but we are still trying to get a full refund.

The worst travel agent I have ever encountered. Our concierge has refused to do anything for us since we booked on 6th August. despite making substantive errors .I think he only wanted his booking fee Â£27.50. No one in the company inclulding the so-called captains will answer our emails.
