Would not recommend

Having recently got married in August 2012, I had spotted Sarah's company Crystal Eternity at a wedding fayre. She was offering at the time 2 free bridesmaids dresses with a certain overspend, so I made an appointment. I must stress I will not be recommening her or this company to anyone for the following reasons; I ordered my dress in June 2011 with a planned wedding date of 23rd June 2012. The bridesmaids I ordered in October 2012. I was told it would take several months for my dress and only 3 months for the maids. Having signed a contract and finding out I was expecting a baby in June we changed our wedding date to August. So expecting these in January orFebruary I called for and update. The communication from Sarah is very poor, It was so hard to firstly speak to her direct and once through she always had no answers with dates of arrival. After weeks She told me the ordering was delayed as my date had moved back and there's me thinking she had plenty time.... to cut a long story short, numerous phone calls and unnessasary trips and ridiculous costs in petrol. My dresses were only ready 4 days before my wedding in August! Good job i changed the date then? All the bridemaids dresses were ordered a size to big therefore I had to pay the expensive alteration costs when this could have been alot cheaper! It cost me £70 pound to having just my wedding dress length altered at the front by an inch!!! This experiance was the only thing i stressed about during my wedding preperations and whilstbeing pregnant was certainly not what I needed!!! The dresses are good quaility but because of the brands but the service is just outright terrible Avoid this company if you want good customer service or even any answers!
