DO NOT USE!!!!!!

Never have I seen such blatant daylight robbery tried to charge us 5 times the price for work done tried to charge us £45 just for an estimate (after the estimate was given) and then tried to tell us they don't have the technical know how to fit a volkswagen part of a volkswagen at a volksawagen dealership. They also told us two different stories one person told us yes your hood comes in 30 different parts replacing one part is not a problem then they tell us they only do a full roof including mechanism and frame and that alone would cost us £4000 ( may I point out there were holes in the hood after and attempted burglary) when we then queried this with the prior 30 part comment we told that they do not have the knowledge to just replace parts .....surely this should of been mentioned before they estimated the cost £6100 to repair the hood of a cabriolet ....funny considering we are now getting it done with genuine parts for £1100 including fitting transport of the car and a hire car Would not recommend at all to anyone in fact I would advise anyone considering sending their pride and joy to this garage for repairs or servicing steer well clear liars thieves and charlatans ...... reported to trading standards
