MISERABLE UNHELPFUL OLD MAN

We got there,was greeted with 'i thought there was 8 of yas'..no hello or welcome. I had previously asked for a quote for 8 people,so obviously he assumed that 8 was coming...then i sent a cheque and a letter saying it was for 5 people paying £20 each and the other 3 would pay on tuesday..so my friend foned and asked if the 3 could pay when they got there..he said it was fine ( BEAR IN MIND HE KEPT SAYING HE WAS WATCHING TV AND JUST MUMBLING DOWN THE LINE.Nearer the date He didnt fone to confirm he had the cheque..(even though he said he was going to)..i had to fone him...( HE WAS STILL WATCHIN TV). He was shouting at us,telling us we have to pay their deposit as well as he's lost out,he was saying he was giving us our cheque bak..in the end we gave him a bit of money extra. That night one of the girls got locked out and rang the bell (hence waking him up) and by that night after the whole hotel knew about it! What happened to discretion? He didnt tell us wen breakfast was,i had to ask him..We got down 15 mins late and all he done was shook his head ( even though i said good morning)..he didnt even tell us where the nearest cafe was..his worker had to say. The next morning we got down to breakfast on time..he took our orders..FOOD WAS DISGUSTING! we asked for more orange juice and he started raising his voice saying 'ur not meant to drink orange juice out of a small tea cup (but the shot glass provided)' one of the girls has her scrambled eggs well scrambled...wen he brought the eggs they wasnt done to her liking...the miserable old man shouted at her saying 'ive been cooking for 30 years i know how to cook' my friend say 'please brian jus put it back in the pan for a bit longer' he said NO NO! , look the food to some others who was dining and said 'IS THIS COOKED' - (I THOUGHT EVERYONE WAS DIFFERENT AND EVERYONE HAS DIFFERENT PREFRENCES ?) then another friend asked for her english breakfast and for the egg to be well done and brian shouted 'NO EGGS OFF THE MENU OBVIOUSLY I CANT COOK THEM' he didnt say a proper bye . all he said was bring the remote down HE HAS NO MANNERS AND HE PUT A DOWNER ON THE TRIP..WHEN WE GOT BACK TO THE B & B WE WOULD FEEL SO SEGREGATED..HES A MISERABLE OLD MAN! THE ROOMS ARE DREARY,CRAMPED AND GLOOMY BUT BEDS WERE COMFORTABLE! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!
