Car dealer with the wrong priorities.
Unimpressed with this dealer. After calling to verify that we could come to view the car and test drive it we arrived to find out that we would have to pay £10 to test drive it. The advert described a car in much better condition than the car on the forecourt. I don't agree to charge for this, after all what would happen if there was a fault apparent on test drive? Additionally, and what frustrates me the most, is that the dealer had every opportunity on the phone to inform us of this charge and clearly chose not to to ensure that we would see the car before finding this out. Between the mis-representation of the condition of the car, the resulting over-pricing, the clear strategy to encourage viewing but discourage test driving I cannot recommend this dealership.

Avoid at all costs
Ok before the purchase absolutely terrible afterwards. The Vehicle was a lemon, the service was dreadful the whole experience was a nightmare! Too many problems to write here but in one case offered to fix a problem under their 'warranty' then sent an extortionate bill (almost £200 to tighten a fixing) and refused to release until it was paid!
