DO NOT ORDER! READ FIRST!

WILL NEVER, EVER USE AGAIN! Service was absolutely appalling. Both pizzas were completely incorrect and covered in pineapple and toppings not even asked for. Pizza was greasy, foul, tasted awful and cold. Chips magically burnt and cold at the same time - a difficult skill to master! Obviously phoned them up to complain that the pizzas were wrong and both missing ingredients asked for and contained things that were not asked for! Told we could either have 10% off next time or two new pizzas tonight... How does this make sense? The wait time for two new pizzas was put at 2.5 hours and we were told we couldn't eat our current pizzas so the chef could see what he did wrong. Right....? Asked if we could have 50% next time or something better (always willing to give somewhere a second try) and the gentleman laughed down the phone and began to argue that the pizzas were right and I was wrong, despite me having my JustEat order in front of me and all comments whilst speaking to him!! Eventually ended with him shouting down the phone and being aggressive, could hear other customers in the branch complaining as well - clearly not a good night for this company. Some serious customer service training required as it has put us off forever and we will be certainly telling others to not spend their money at this branch. It is derogatory for justeat to allow this on their website as it is truly horrific. "The customer is always right" attitude clearly doesnt stick at this place, and instead preaches that paying customers should be treated as idiots, with disrespect, as liars, and to be shouted at. Seriously, this pizza place was good a few years ago, what on earth happened? WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN!!!!!!!!
