Compulsive liar do not use this company
We contacted blue note upholstery services do caravan cushions we paid an hundred pound deposit and told to take cushions on 23rd august which we did all 16 of them he said turn around would be 3/4 days so we left it till 30th august contacted he said he was starting them after bank holiday and kept ring every week for 7 weeks and told diffrent stories from breaking next door to all done just needing button and to also be told there was 2 left to be complete so gave him a final date and told would be complete went to collect and guess what hadnt even started them and left old cushion out in rain in which were saturated when collected and we found some of the cushion out back of his unit up against wall and he said there where steamed yesterday to buff cushions up we had to get them dry cleaned and was told told there have been in rain and not steamed had to fight to get deposit back

DO NOT USE THIS MAN
Please don’t waste your time with this man, he’s the biggest joker I’ve come across and a total LIAR. He accepted my order and I paid my deposit and was told my cushions would be delivered in 2-3 weeks. I hadn’t heard anything so got in touch at the end of the third week, to be told he’d deliver the next day. He didn’t turn up nor did he even tell me he couldn’t make it, this lie happened everyday for 10 days where he promised to deliver, but then wouldn’t turn up. 4.5 weeks later, after 10 days of solid lies, I asked to cancel the order as he’s he’d totally messed me around. He was more tHan happy to cancel and said it would save him the 2 hour drive, giving me the impression that he’s not even made them. He’s a serial liar and a total joke, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!! He’s only just returned my deposit, 5 weeks after the order was placed. Please do not use this man.
