i recently bought a 7 year old x trail,the warranty had expired by 3 months when i had a problem with the heater motor(it had gone noisey,i rang the garage and spoke to the salesman steve,told him my problem,he booked the car into their workshop had it fixed and gave me back the keys.no bill,no hassle,he even apologised for my trouble.top service custombilt and steve.well done to all.
