Poor customer service
I wanted a simple lawn cutting front and back. Guy turned up and said it was too long (about a foot?!) and that he'd be back with a bush trimmer or something and he never came back! No phone call, nothing! It didn't even look as though he was going to knock on the door until I went out and greeted him. Avoid!
