Very unprofessional
I was tempted to try Cutting It as I was quoted quite a low price over the phone and they were able to book me in for a wet cut that afternoon. The hair products they use for wet cuts were unbranded and looked cheap (they also made my hair feel very 'heavy', not good quality at all). The woman who cut my hair did so very clumsily and seemed very nervous the whole time - my hair looks alright now I guess but definitely not the best cut I could have had. Turns out this was their head stylist and they charged me nearly twice as much as quoted, with no extras included. I also had to repeatedly persuade them I didn't want a blow dry as that would have cost me extra on top. Very disappointed in the quality of service to be honest!

Highly recommended!
The people of cutting it are so lovely and I always feel welcome. They are always so happy and can't do enough for me. Lucy is very professional and she always does my hair exactly how i want it. They are just very nice people and not stuck up like other salons. I always go there and would not go anywhere else now.
