my experience with cutting room wAS terrible. i booked to have consultation with senior, re volume perm. the nice lady cut pice of my hair and said that she will check condition. came back after few minutes and said we can go ahead with gentle perm. effect was a disaster. my hair not curly at all and burned. she tried to convince my that will be better after wash, but was not. and the worse they charge my 73 pounds. i am really upset with effect . yesterday i went to KO KO hair (brilliant by the way ) and cut about 3cm. hairdresser there told my that my hair i just burned and now i need to cut them every 3 weeks. i am really upset and i lost so much money.
