The review submitted above is a scurrilous attempt by someone or a company to blacken the fantastic reputation we have built up in the last few years, we have noticed that many of the sites that we are linked to have reviews much along the same lines as this review but all on the same date and no doubt from the same person, i have reported this review to touch local as being a mis-representation of our compant , we have hundreds of very happy and satisfied customers who would refute the claims that this review states and one in particular that "one of our salesmen" when in fact we have only one person who does our sales and who doesnt indulge in the age old long sales pitch and the traditional drop sales technique. We provide customers with one price and one price only , we pride ourselves on the fact that we dont need to coerce or attempt to con our way to a sale , our success is based on fantastic customer service before , during and after your installation of whatever one of our products you purchase. thank you Charles Mc Crindle owner of CWM

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!
STAY AWAY from this company. I made an appointment for one of their salesmen to visit my house and it was a terrible experience. First of all they didn't even bring a sample of the product, and secondly he was one of the most rude and ignorant men I have ever met. I told him I didn't want a big sales spiel, yet he proceeded to do so. He started of at one price, then reduced it 3 times. I told him I only wanted one price, but he didn't listen. He told me after dropping the price that he could take some of the manufacturing costs of the price?? Yet this would have been hard as CWM do not manufacture, they buy the windows from another company. They are basically a white van man company and should be avoided at all costs. Take this advice seriously and go to a professional company please.
