I needed to find out the times of this factors one time and i couldn't find it online, luckily it was open! here they are though: Mon-Fri: 8am-6pm Sat: 8am-4pm Sun: 9am-2pm

Useless - supply wrong parts, poor service
I have had trouble getting correct parts from this Supplier in the past, and during visits have noticed that others have similar problems. 2 years ago it took them 4 attempts to supply the correct CV Joints for a Mazda. In view of this, when working on a similar model I counted the serrations and measured the shaft sizes and gave them all this data. I still got the wrong parts, and had a Vehicle off the road!!! I was told all Blue Print's stock was wrongly boxed and it may take up to 2 weeks to sort out as new manufacture was needed. There was still no sign of any parts after 3 weeks!! I was asked to bring in the old CV Joints and they would be re-manufactured in 2/3 days. They could be ready for Friday. No parts on Friday but definitely Monday. On Monday I found the individual giving me this information was no longer there. The parts had not arrived but another guy would check and ring back – he did not! On Tuesday he was supposedly talking to the Supplier when I rang and promised to call back – he did not! On Wednesday the Supplier was only waiting for one component and hoped to have the Parts ready for Thursday. I was promised a telephone call but it never came. I chased them yet again and was promised the Parts would be delivered to Dundee by 1.00pm on Friday sso 2/3 days had become 10!!! I went to collect the Parts - a 74 miles trip – but they were not there, and I was told it would be Monday – OVER 5 WEEKS AFTER ORDERING!! I have no confidence the parts will be there on Monday and I'll bet nobody will bother to telephone if they do arrive. Save yourself hassle, and forget this shower of incompetent could not care less bums.
