Dishonest cowboy builders - avoid by all means

Michael Flynn - the dishonest cowboy builder! Work defect and done a runner after receiving full payment. Putting people's lives at risk - his built wall collapsed and almost killed a 70-year-old granny. Disabled all phone numbers, unable to contact. Avoid avoid avoid and please report him if you do know him.
