They came out to my cooker which I had brought an element on the internet they said that if they fitted it they couldn't give a guarantee but if. They supplied the part I would get a 12month guarantee. I paid £ 69 for the job with a guarantee the element from the internet was £45 which I returned. I recommend you just call these guys a lot less hassle for the sake £24
