DPD Unable to deliver - Waiting in Vain
Paid extra for delivery went past time slot - Driver said he tried to deliver but lied... no card left... claimed he put it through a white door... but my door is Green... and I was waiting. turns out he was running late and close to finishing his shift. Very disappointing as this was a Birthday Present

Useless
I have unfortunately had more then a few dealings with dpd.i would go as far as to say the worst courier company I have had to deal with(not through choice!) When I next order anything I will make sure the delivery isn't by them! Rude and unhelpful!!!! Can I give no stars?

Delivery given as today, parcel at depot today, no text of time, no delivery, phone put down when called
