I was told my delivery would be between 18.30 and 19.30. I then received two messages within 2 minutes of each.other. First said parcel would be delivered today the second said I had missed the delivery As I was in the garden of the property for 15 minutes before the messages arrived I know this to be untrue and of course the time they were sent meant the office was now closed and I could not contact them. Zero stars
