Asked to repair roof tiles and add tile vents. A relatively easy job, I was informed. They had to return 3 times as the tile vent was incorrectly fitted, resulting in a damaged bedroom ceiling. 12 months on and after a heavy downfall the 2nd tile vent is leaking. No apology from dpw, and as for the ceiling - I had to repair this myself! A true cowboy outfit, who are just after a quick quid!
