hellish experiance

after visiting herefordshire for a few days i thought it would be a good idea to take the bus from hereford city to ledbury .the bus that pulled up at the stop was very well looked after and quite modern but that is where the good points end.i was greated by this colourfully dressed older bus driver who when i handed him a £10 note grumbled and moaned about change .i would have thought that being as it was later in the day he would have change .he handed me this yellow piece of card and said that was my return fare.when i asked for a properly printed ticket he refused and said if i did not like it i could leave the bus .i was later told by another passenger on board that this ogre was the owner of the company and this kind of behavior was nothing compared to how he treats other passengers.at that point my mobile phone rang .not very loud to be honest but he heard it and started ranting about phones not being allowed on his buses and that i need to stop talking on it or walk ..now as i understand i have every right to use a mobile phone on a bus in the free country we live in but this tyrant forgot to read the law of the land at some point and so if people dont like his rules you can get off his buses .i have never before on any bus i have travelled on ever seen passengers scared to death to be on there incase they make a wrong move and are chucked off .it says on the rear of the bus FREINDLY DRIVER i beg to differ and in future i will never use DRM bus again.
