At DW Smith Services Ltd we specialise in the design and installation of air-conditioning, ventilation and heating systems. Available nationwide from our offices in Dunstable, Bedfordshire and New Milton, Hampshire, our services are available at highly competitive rates.

As approved installers of Mitsubishi, Daikin, Hitachi, and Toshiba air conditioning systems alongside our expert installation we also offer 5 year warranties on most of this equipment.

Nationwide installation, repairs and inspections

We offer a nationwide service and with over 18 years experience within the industry we have the expertise to offer expert advice on the best air conditioning, heating and ventilation units for our customers.

From January 2011 any building with air-conditioning systems totalling 12kw or more need to have an air conditioning inspection. We are qualified to carry out these inspections at very competitive costs.

Energy Performance Certificates

At DW Smith Services Ltd we are commercial energy assessors and offer Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) for all types of commercial premises nationwide. These will include reports and surveys on your current energy efficiency and also include recommendations on how to improve and become more cost effective.

The main products we use are Mitsubishi, Hitachi, Daikin and Toshiba air conditioning systems and we design all installations with our customers in mind after a thorough survey, consultation and site visit.

EPC reports and certification

Our reports and certifications will include recommendations designed to help you improve your building's energy efficiency each with their own level of impact and possible cost savings. These certifications are vaild for up to 10 years and for commercial customers are a must as potential tenants need to know where there is scope for both energy and cost savings.

Full comprehensive reports

The reports from our air conditioning inspections include reccomendations for steps that could improve the efficiency. These could be from maintenance, changes to the way you operate your system or even a reccomendation for a part replacement. All reports issued by D.W Smith Services Ltd are CLG guidline compliant.
