customer service

I live local and my car was dead great I thought at least there is a garage across the road. I go and ask if someone can look at my car. They say it's probably the battery but no one is available now. Can you come back early Saturday morning. I get up early and go to the garage. Can you come back in half an hour. I go home wait and go back. Can you come back in another half an hour. So I go home and go back. The garage has closed for the day. Now it is 12.29 on a Saturday and I have no car for the weekend. I should have rang the garage I usually use and got them to bring a battery out to me. This Garage may be great but their customer service is appalling serves me right for trying to support a local business. Maybe they weren't interested because they don't make enough money on a new battery.
