Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy can help with many problems such as Anxiety, Weight Loss and Low Self-Esteem. Many of my clients have deeper issues, such as past violence or abuse, or parents who did not give them the love and support that a child needs.

About Me

Unlike many hypnotherapists, I take a very logical and scientific approach to my work. I don't believe in "past lives" nor try to connect with spirits, etc.Though I do see Hypnotherapy clients from as far away as London, Birmingham, Edinburgh and the Lothians, the Western Isles and, admittedly only once, a client from South Africa, most of my clients come from the Fife area.

Public Speaking

Many people start to find that they get worried about speaking in public and meetings. This can happen even to those who were previously confident. I frequently help people to perform well at interviews, driving tests and exams. In fact, everyone who has come to me because they are worried because they are facing a 'must get' job interview has, so far, always got the job!

Anorexia & Bulemia

Bulimia and Anorexia are similar to Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD). I have seen a significant number of clients (of all ages) with Bulimia. Often, a younger person will begin having Anorexia problems in teenage years, and then progresses into a "management phase" where it develops into Bulimia. Sufferers can exist like this for many years before seeking help.
