I am a medical herbalist MNIMH (Member of the National Institute of Medical Herbalists). I also do Full body Swedish Massage. I am based in clinics in central Norwich, Ipswich, Colchester. Herbs can help you with health issues. HOME VISITS in North Essex & Suffolk with a gardening service is available. The aim to plant herbs that are beneficial to you. Consultations involve speaking and finding out about you, your story and what you want. Then herbs are prescribed. Type herbaculture in a search engine to find me or call me from the listed number.

Herbal Medicine works with you and with a university degree in Western Herbal Medicine, I am trained to work alongside orthodox medicine not against it. An initial consultation finds out about you and then a plan is made with herbs that can help you. Do call me if you fancy a chat about it, I am keen to help but also to let you know what to expect. I will also say if I think you need something else. As well I herbalism I do massage, which can help with tension and is a good preventative medicine. Garden design and permaculture are other hobbies of mine that all go together for a nature inspired route to wellbeing.
