Hi I am Dani Dennington, and I am passionate about helping my clients make positive changes in their lives.

Whether its anxiety or whatever is getting in the way of you living your life to the full, we can work together to help you find the resources within you to create lasting and positive change, empowering you and helping you to realize it's within your power to find and achieve your goals.

I have trained extensively in hypnotherapy and draw from modern developments in neuroscience to complement the wide range of techniques that I can draw from which enables me to offer an individually tailored approach to your problem.
My practice is in the pretty historic market town of Thame in Oxfordshire close to Aylesbury and Oxford. Whatever the problem, I am committed to helping you get the result that you want, often in less time than you would expect.
I am also an Accredited Hypnotherapy Supervisor - working with hypnotherapists who qualified in the last few years to support the in their training and business, and offering more long term peer support.
