I guide people through the Hudson Mind Process to help educate people about how their mind works. I am a coach that specialises in helping people improve both their mental and physical health.
I provide one on one sessions both in person and online, and provide communications and leadership coaching training in the corporate environment.
I am also listed as an official school supplier of leadership coaching.
