Monday to Sunday: 9am - 5:30pm
I work with you to help you manage emotional, and behavioural issues using CBT problem solving skills integrated with some clinical hypnotherapy and Mindfulness.(Hypnotherapy is used either if a client is stuck, or to help integrate new healthy rational beliefs into the unconcious).
The success of this therapy depends on the client as much as on me and when the client is motivated and committed, it is extremely effective.
Depending on the individual situation of the client, the therapy is successful in between 6 and 12 sessions on average.
It is a permanent solution, as the skills you learn on the course will be with you for life, not just until the “ Hypnosis wears off".
