I know my approach works because I've used it on myself. I used to regard myself as a serial under-achiever. Now I live a happy and fulfilled life doing what I love. It's as simple as that!


I offer life coaching for people who want to realise their heart-felt goals or aspirations, and I support you on your journey, helping you also to believe in yourself, till you get there. I live and work near Salisbury, but if that's too far you can always have your coaching sessions just as effectively over the telephone or via Skype, as many of my clients do.
