I am a therapist and coach who helps people struggling with life, emotional difficulties, physical health issues, and those wanting to be more successful. My approach has been supported by two leading psychologists and is focused on helping people be more resilient and have happier lives.
I can help you to change how you think, to feel more at ease and create a happier life. You will learn how to have a clearer mind and to think in more helpful ways about the challenges you face, your relationships, and the things that have happened. As this happens you will be more present, more resilient, and your spirits will lift.
During this process, I will teach you how to stop getting stuck in the same negative thoughts and feelings. You can also expect to gain a deeper understanding of why you feel as you do and how to create meaningful change.
My approach as a therapist is guided by two leading psychologists and is focused on helping people navigate life more easily. I often help people who are finding life difficult or struggling with anxiety and depression. I work online via Skype, phone or in person in Bristol.
