Whenever you choose a contractor, you naturally worry about the quality of workmanship & guarantee provided. DFRS laid our felt flat roof in 2016 and provided a ten year guarantee. In 2021, despite emails & multiple telephone calls, DFRS have disappointingly not responded to concerns we have with multiple cracked bubbling within our flat roof surface. Buyers beware! The guarantee is not worth the paper it is written on. Look elsewhere...
