As featured on BBC1's "I Want It Now", David Robertson caters for clients of all ages and fitness levels at his exclusive Earlsfield private studio, in local parks or even in the comfort of the clients own home. Educated through the prestigious C.H.E.K Institute, David is also soon to be featured in a number of radio interviews and national media publications as part of his role as Anchor Dairy's resident health and fitness guru.

A former professional rugby player, David specialises in weight loss programmes, core and back conditioning and sports specific programmes. His all-encompasing approach involves coaching at all levels of lifestyle skills and focuses on making the client feel better as well as looking better. He caters for clients of all ages and fitness levels and can train in a one-to-one environment or a group of clients. Clients will not only receive the best in one to one fitness tuition, but they will also be issued with free handouts after each session, our free monthly online newsletter and free e-mail consultation when you take a holiday. Outdoor classes and studio based classes are also run regularly and more information on these can be found at our website.

Our services do not stop at the end of each physical session. We offer clients the opportunity at no extra cost to receive a unique login name and password to our online training facility. From there, they will receive customised, specific programmes every week that are unique to them and that they can use to supplement their personal training sessions. Each online programme has written descriptions, pictures and videos of each exercise. This option can also be purchased seperately for those not wishing to undertake physical sessions.

We also offer phone coaching for those of you who already have a good base level of fitness, but need extra ideas and motivation. This involves a 30 minute phonecall from your trainer providing you with the inspiration you need to get going again! "Being a busy working mum of 2 teenagers, a german shepherd and 2 cats, my life was a hectic merry-go-round of running around after everyone else, being a taxi service etc. I had very little time for myself. I had been fairly fit many years earlier, but time and age had taken then toll! Having joined a gym on the spur of the moment, I was lucky enough to find David as my trainer. David has a great attitude to both life and exercise - to him they are a complete package and he practices what he preaches. David has helped get me kick started, introducing me back to exercises I never thought I would be able to do again. When I have wavered he has encouraged and helped me push myself that little bit further (and he does it so nicely you don't feel you can say no!) "In March this year I joined a Gym and immediately set myself a challenge - to participate in the London 10k Run. I had never run before and had no idea about how to train to get myself in shape and be able to finish a 10k run. When I started working with David we concentrated on increasing my stamina, interval training to help me start running on the treadmill and body awareness techniques to help me 'keep it together'! The sessions were never boring with David constantly introducing new exercises to keep me focused and motivated. David's approach to Personal Training and exercise is refreshing - he has an excellent sense of your capabilities and makes you feel completely at ease when he guides you through an exercise. David helped me to achieve my goal of running 10k and for that I am trully thankful. But I am even more thankful for the knowledge he has imparted about exercising and my body. "I've never liked the atmosphere of a gym so outdoor PT sessions with David have been ideal for me. I even feel motivated when it's raining! Our sessions have lots of variety – he is always introducing new techniques so I never get bored or complacent. David's holistic attitude to exercise makes sure that I get the workout best suited to my needs. He has a gentle yet motivating approach which means I work as hard as I can without straining myself. My favourite thing is boxing – something I never felt confident enough to try in a class but with David's training I know my technique won't embarrass me if I do join a group. Training sessions with David are a great complement to the yoga classes I attend. They have given me the strength and stamina to hold postures for longer. David Robertson has been my personal trainer for a year now. When I started training with him I was not in particularly good shape. My back was constantly painful and I was pretty run down. Being a working mum with two young children I was physically and mentally exhausted. My youngest son was very ill and spent a lot of time in hospital; David was very flexible at working around the hours that suited me. He has worked hard at improving my overall fitness and strengthening my core muscle. I have been training for a 10k run and David has helped to improve my running technique.Our sessions, whilst physically challenging, are always enjoyable.
