DID NOT FINISH THE JOB

We wanted pipework running through our loft and down into two room to connect two gas fires and a range cooker. We were having the loft insulated so it was agreed that to make the job easier for them they would run the pipework in loft before the insulation was put down and that they would then come back to connect the appliances once we had purchased them. Their bill for the initial work was sent within a few days and was paid immediately. We spent several thousand pounds on appliances and contacted them to say we were ready for them to complete the job by installing them. Despite several requests an appointment was not forthcoming and we ended up having to get someone else to finish the job for them. What they did was done well but on the basis of customer service/after sales we would not recommend them to anyone.
