AVOID AT ALL COSTS DO NOT HIRE ANY VEHICLE FROM THESE GUYS. THEY ARE FRAUDSTERS AND TAKE YOUR DEPOSIT WITHOUT RETURNING. NO COMMUNICATION AND LIES AFTER LIES FROM THESE PEOPLE. MANY OTHERS HAVE HAD DEPOSITS KEPT AND NOT RETURNED. STAY FAR AWARE!!!!

The drama started on day 1 when the car was due to be delivered at 10am but we had to wait over 8 hours for the car to be delivered - throught the day we were told that the car was stuck in traffic and would be delivered by lunchtime. Then at 1pm the car was 40 mins away, finally at 3pm it was 20 mins away but yet IT DIDN'T ARRIVE UNTIL 6.15pm. In addition, when it did arrive it was not even the car we had ordered!!!! Being on holiday from NZ we were left with no choice but to accept the car that was delivered despite it not being clean or valeted and with huge scratches down the side. The car stank of cigarette smoke and was filled with rubbish from the last user (the amount of rubbish left in the car filled 2 plastic shopping bags). Hardly LUXURY!! Hardly good service. The company agreed to swop the car for the one that we had ordered and arrangements were made for delivery 2 days later on the Sunday. Again it was a waiting game and we waited in for a car that was not delivered that day. After a flurry of emails and more lies it was agreed that the right car would be delivered on the Tuesday at 10am .... It finally arrived at 11pm!!!! We spent over 20 hours waiting for the right car and we never got it!!! The second car delivered was the right make and model but not the spec that they advertise. It too was not clean and had some noticeable damage to it. Our booking had been on the basis that we would return the car to Gatwick on the day we were flying out. Over the course of the hire we asked what the arrangements were for dropping the car off at Gatwick and never got an answer - we suggested to them that as we had not heard from them that we could simply leave it parked in the loading dock with the keys in it .... However even this did not get a response!! Finally on the day before we left the UK we contacted the phone number on the licence plate which turned out to be of their sister company K2 Hire. More stories started - some may well be true such as the girls in the office, Andrea, Rachel and Emma all being the same person! It turned out that K2 Hire had been expecting the car back that day not the following day when our contract expired. Suffice to say K2 Hire collected the car that night leaving us with more drama in working out how to get to the airport the following day. 3 weeks on and we have received barely any correspondence in response to our emails and telephone calls. We have not received our deposit back nor the refund due. Apparently they are now sending correspondence by mail but we are not quite sure where too .... The saga continues .... Avoid at your own cost

Forget about getting your deposit back EVER and Customer Service DOES NOT EXIST. You are constantly told lies. Just stick to your gut feeling and go to more reputable company that actually stick to a good code of practice. Out of 3 days i hired the car i had to spend 1 in car service centre and what they call emergency numbers did not even work. YOU ARE LEFT ON YOUR OWN if anything goes wrong. It has now been 2 months and i am told i have to wait another month because of security??? In 21st century surely security doesn`t take 3 months? i won`t be surprised if they close the business soon keeping of those security deposits ££££`s of pounds and just open a new company doing same thing again. Also DON`T be surprised if your CARD gets CLONED shortly after you return the car back. Do not deal with Emma, Marcus Walker, Andrea or Rachael. None of them will help you

Avoid at all costs, terrible customer service and unable to get hold of any person when hire has finished. The price is shown as being cheap but DO NOT be fooled and taken in by this. Absolute nightmare experience....AVOID!!!!

AVOID, AVOID AVOID at any cost!!!!!!!!! Don't be tempted by prices. Forget about customer service at all! It doesn't exist there and most important if anything and I mean ANYTHING goes wrong very unlikely you will get through to anyone to help you.
