unreliable- messed around
Been waiting for a couple of weeks for them to fix my washing machine on behalf of landlord. They say they will come round but never turn up when scheduled. When you ring back they say that a repair man was trying to ring, yet I have no missed calls or voicemails on my phone. Doorbell was not rung either. Takes ages to get another date booked in, god knows if someone will actually turn up. Poor service.
